Best NBA prop bets today for Grizzlies vs. Lakers Game 3 (LeBron poised for huge game)

The Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies play a critical Game 3 on Saturday with the series tied at one game apiece.

The Lakers are favored in this game, and there are prop bets to consider for this matchup as well, which is where I find the most value.

Who doesn’t want to bet on a prop on a certain four-time NBA champion after he was called out by an opponent? I certainly will be entertaining it, so let’s break these plays down:

Grizzlies vs. Lakers best NBA prop bets

  • LeBron James OVER 28.5 Points
  • Dillon Brooks UNDER 2.5 3-Pointers Made

LeBron James OVER 28.5 Points

You come at the King, you best not miss.

Dillon Brooks poked the bear after Game 2, calling LeBron James “old” and stating that he doesn’t respect players unless they score 40 points on him.

Did anyone want to inform Brooks that LeBron has 28 games where he’s scored 40 or more points in his postseason career?

That feels like relevant information.

LeBron isn’t going to let this one slide, especially in a critical Game 3. Since the play-in, LeBron has 30, 21 and 28 points in his three games.

I don’t mind considering a ladder play for his points, and here’s what the odds look like at DraftKings Sportsbook:

  • 20+ Points (-1200)
  • 25+ Points (-280)
  • 30+ Points (+105)
  • 35+ Points (+280)
  • 40+ Points (+700)

I’m all over LeBron clearing 28.5 points in this game.

Dillon Brooks UNDER 2.5 3-Pointers Made

Speaking of Brooks, his 3-point prop is a little inflated on Saturday, sitting at 2.5.

This season, Brooks is shooting just 32.6 percent from beyond the arc, and he’s made more than two shots from deep in just two of his last 11 games. He’s taken 15 shots from deep this postseason and is shooting just 4-for-15, making two 3-pointers in each game.

If Ja Morant (hand) returns for this game, I could see Brooks’ volume from deep shrinking in Game 3.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
