Best NBA prop bets today for Thunder vs. Warriors (How to bet the Splash Brothers)

The Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder are both in need of a win on Tuesday night, but Golden State is heavily favored at home.

The Warriors have won both matchups with OKC that Steph Curry has played in, and he’s dominated the Thunder this season. I have a prop play for Curry, as well as his running mate Klay Thompson, for bettors to consider in this matchup:

Thunder vs. Warriors best NBA prop bets

  • Steph Curry OVER 29.5 Points
  • Klay Thompson UNDER 2.5 Assists

Steph Curry OVER 29.5 Points

Curry hasn’t played the Thunder at home yet this season, but he’s torched them in both games in OKC.

The four-time champion put up 38 and 40 points against the Thunder this season, making 18-of-30 shots from beyond the arc in those games.

Golden State and Oklahoma City are the top two teams in the NBA in pace this season, so I’m expecting an uptempo game with plenty of scoring chances.

With so much on the line for Golden State, don’t be shocked if Steph plays a few extra minutes if needed tonight. He struggled with his shot in Denver, but this is a prime bounce-back spot on Tuesday.

Klay Thompson UNDER 2.5 Assists

Thompson is known for his scoring ability much more than his passing, and he’s averaging just 2.4 assists per game this season.

Over his last 10 games, Klay has put up three or more assists just once, so I’m fading him in that category tonight.

Klay has also cleared 2.5 dimes in just one of his three games against OKC this season. As I mentioned, this should be an uptempo game, but I think the Warriors seek out open looks for Thompson more than they want him facilitating.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
