Warriors vs. Grizzlies prediction and odds for Thursday, March 9 (Golden State ends road woes)

The Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies face off for the third time this season on Thursday night, and there is a little added hatred in this matchup.

Dillon Brooks and Draymond Green took shots at each other recently, and there has been bad blood between these teams dating back to last season’s playoff series.

Golden State is looking to get back in the win column after back-to-back road losses, but the team is just 7-25 away from home this season.

Memphis has fallen to the No. 3 spot in the West with three straight losses and won’t have star Ja Morant (suspension) available for this game.

How should we bet this Western Conference showdown?

Warriors vs. Grizzlies odds, spread and total

Warriors vs. Grizzlies prediction and pick

Just about every trend tells you not to bet the Warriors in this game, as they are 3-11 against the spread as road favorites this season.

However, they have dominated the Grizzlies dating back to last postseason, winning both matchups so far in the 2022-23 campaign.

With Morant out, I think Golden State is being undervalued in this spot, even though the Grizz are great at home this season.

There is plenty of bad blood between these teams, and Steph Curry, Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole should be too much on offense for Memphis to handle.

Give me the Warriors to flip the script on the road and get a win.
