Jonas Valanciunas has picked up a double-double in four of his last five games, and I absolutely love this prop for him on Wednesday.
Why?
The Mavericks are one of the worst rebounding teams in the NBA, ranking 29th in the league in rebounding percentage.
On the season, the Pelicans big man is averaging 14.3 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. If he has a big game on the glass, he’s going to finish with a double-double tonight.
Kyrie Irving OVER 26.5 Points
Kyrie Irving is red hot right now, scoring 40, 30 and 33 points in his last three games, and now he has a chance to keep that streak going against New Orleans.
Dallas is relying heavily on Irving and Doncic with the team’s defense struggling, and Irving has shot at least 18 shots in eight of his last nine games.
The Pelicans rank ninth in the NBA in defensive rating, but with Doncic likely drawing the Herb Jones treatment, I like Irving to lead the Mavs scoring the ball.
