Spurs vs. Jazz prediction and odds for Saturday, February 25 (Fade San Antonio)

The San Antonio Spurs and Utah Jazz will cap off Saturday’s NBA action.

The Jazz have fallen in the standings since a strong first half of the season, but they’re still sitting inside the Western Conference play-in game. With that being said, they can’t afford to lose much more.

Meanwhile, the Spurs are in second place in the NBA and have lost 15-straight games.

Let’s take a look at the odds for tonight’s showdown.

Spurs vs. Jazz odds, spread, and total

Spurs vs. Jazz prediction and pick

I can’t bring myself to bet on a side or total in a game involving the Spurs. They’ve lost 15-straight games, but you never know when they’re going to turn things on and break that streak.

So instead I’m going to look at a player prop and bet on Jordan Clarkson to go over his assist total. Hear me out.

For whatever the reason may be, the San Antonio Spurs are giving up the second most assists per game at 26.5. They’re also giving up the third most assists per opponent possession at 0.252. That should set Jordan Clarkson up to have a big game in the stats department against them.

He has six assists in two straight games, so at plus-money, I like him to hit this mark once again when he takes on the Spurs tonight.

Odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
