Lakers’ Dennis Schroder has hilarious response to troll in Twitch stream (Video)

Dennis Schroder didn’t want to hear it when a fan said the Lakers would get swept by the Brooklyn Nets.

Schroder was innocently minding his own business on a Twitch stream when an NBA fan called him out in the worst of ways, saying the Nets were far superior to LA. While the Lakers have struggled of late without the services of LeBron James and (until last night) Anthony Davis, they’re still the defending champs for a reason. Have some respect!

The Lake Show point guard shut down the conversation quickly.

Can the Lakers recover in time for the postseason?

Regular season lulls are common for even the best of teams. The Lakers just want to get into the playoffs, once that’s secure the rest will take care of itself. Out West, the Lakers remain the favorite to make it to the Finals, as the likes of the Suns, Jazz, Clippers and Nuggets remain unproven. Frank Vogel’s crew has been there and done that before.

Despite getting 17 minutes last night, Davis struggled in his return against the Dallas Mavericks. AD shot just 2-of-10, and had only four points on the night. The Lakers were a putrid -11 with Davis on the floor.

Nonetheless, it’s important to get AD some game action before the stretch run. With he and LeBron coming back, the Lakers should have plenty of time to round back into form before the postseason, barring any further setbacks.
