If your heart does not melt after watching Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo share a precious moment with his young son Liam, then I do not know what to tell you at this point of your life.

The two-time reigning NBA MVP is playing in his fifth straight All-Star Game. While most people are less than thrilled this glorified exhibition is even happening, it did give us the Antetokounmpos playing a little bit of basketball together. Antetokounmpo’s girlfriend Mariah Riddlespigger gave birth to Liam a little over a year ago. His early introduction to the game of basketball is priceless.

Fathers and sons sharing moments through sports is always a special thing

2020-21 is Antetokounmpo’s eighth NBA season since being drafted by the Bucks out of Greece in the 2013 NBA Draft. From playing in the second division in his native Greece in complete obscurity to becoming one of the biggest superstars in the game of basketball, Antetokounmpo has personified the American dream in his adopted hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Antetokounmpo has made a huge commitment to Milwaukee by signing a five-year extension back in December. He is now under contract with the Bucks through the 2024-25 NBA season with a player option for the 2025-26 campaign. Simply put, he is happy with the Bucks. His son will be able to grow up and see him hopefully lead the Bucks to an NBA championship here soon.

Antetokounmpo sharing an adorable moment like this with his son is what it is all about.
