Twitter reacts after Warriors come back to tie NBA Finals

Never count out the Golden State Warriors. Raptors fans learned this lesson the hard way, both in person and on NBA Twitter.

The Golden State Warriors showed the world why they’re the two-time defending champions.

After a slew of injuries, and having the pressure of playing in front of former President Barack Obama and a frenzied Toronto Raptors crowd looking for blood, the Warriors flipped the switch and played like champions.

With Golden State getting down by 10 in the first half, it seemed as if they were done, finished. Then, the third quarter started and the champion Warriors finally showed up.

They ripped off 18 straight points to blow open a close game and send this series back to Oakland tied at one game apiece. Sure, there was some controversy with the officiating crew, but in the end, that doesn’t matter (well, to Warriors fans, at least). What matters is that the Raptors now have all the pressure in the world on their shoulders as they make the trek to the Bay Area. It will be even more pressure-packed if Kevin Durant is able to play in Game 3.

Now, it’s time to dig into the best Twitter reactions from Game 2 of the NBA Finals. Trust me, there will be some Drake memes.

(I’ll admit, this is like, next-level sad. Thanks for the tears, Sportsnet.)

(Oh, Drake was there. And he was sad.)

(RUN, DRAKE, RUN!!!!!)

(We shouldn’t gloss over this stat. It’s simply amazing. Also amazing is are the people who track this stuff. This is next-level.)

(Who did this?? This is so cold-blooded!!!)

(Come on? You knew a refs tweet was coming, did you not?)

(Keep hope alive, Pretty Boy Fredo)
