Someone made an NBA Jams Ben Simmons diss, and it’s both brutal and hilarious

Someone made an “NBA Jams” t-shirt featuring Ben Simmons’ 3-point rating. It’s both real brutal and incredibly hilarious.

When Ben Simmons, the superstar guard of the Philadelphia 76ers, shoots 3-pointers, the memes come out.

One actually decided to put it in t-shirt form, and it was both real brutal and incredibly hilarious at the same time.

A Reddit user who goes by the name “wtfeagle” posted a picture on the site that featured Simmons and Joel Embid in “NBA Jams” form. For those who have played the iconic NBA video game, you know the beginning of the screen, when picking your duo, they have the “strength meters” for speed, 3-pointers, dunks, and defense?

Well, for Simmons, he scored well on every “strength” category, except three-pointers, which was a zero.

That was cold, and in a lot of ways, well-deserved.

You see, everyone in the NBA world knows that Simmons, as great as he is, can’t shoot from beyond 15-feet from the basket, and in the Sixers blowout win against LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers, James refused to guard Simmons beyond the three-point line, knowing that he can’t hit from long distance.

Simmons, as we can gather, got tired of the disrespect King James was showing him and attempted a 3-pointer that missed.

In fact, in his brief career, Simmons has yet to make a 3-pointer. He’s 0-14 from deep, for his career. No wonder LeBron and other defenders play way off of him from outside of 15-feet. No wonder he had an “NBA Jams” 3-point rating of zero.

This is why Simmons doesn’t shoot the ball from deep, because he knows, deep down inside, that once he misses, the memes will come out. After the game, Simmons told reporters that he was “getting there” on his 3-point shot.

We’ll believe it when we see it.
