NBA reacts to lowest scoring Super Bowl ever

NBA action on Sunday was over by time Super Bowl LIII kicked off in Atlanta between the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams. It turned out to be the lowest-scoring Super Bowl ever. Really, it was!

The Patriots defeated the Rams 13-3 in a game that featured multiple interceptions and missed field goals but only one touchdown. With the trade deadline looming (and one trade already agreed upon earlier in the day), restless NBA fans wondered if there would be some news to shake up Super Bowl Sunday.

In the end, the Patriots and quarterback Tom Brady secured their sixth Super Bowl win, eliciting a response of respect from the NBA as well.
