Watch: Giannis living his best life at Wisconsin State Fair

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo enjoyed being at the Wisconsin State Fair.

Fresh off an NBA championship, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo is firmly a man of the people, as he was spotted enjoying his time at the Wisconsin State Fair.

Yes, he might have been surrounded by plenty of police officers at the state fair, but he looked to be having the time of his life. Antetokounmpo may have grown up in Greece, but he has grown up before our very eyes in Wisconsin. Eight years into his NBA career and Antetokounmpo has fully embraced his newfound Midwestern roots. He is without question Milwaukee’s biggest star.

At this point, Antetokounmpo could run for office in Wisconsin and win the election unanimously.

Milwaukee Bucks: Giannis Antetokounmpo goes to the Wisconsin State Fair

Antetokounmpo may stick out like a sore thumb in Wisconsin, but this is home for he and his family. The really cool part is he has completely leaned into being a full-blown Wisconsinite. If he is not throwing out first pitches at Milwaukee Brewers games or helping the Lambeau Field crowd get fired up for the Green Bay Packers on fall Sundays, then those PR teams have failed miserably.

The sooner we can put his statue next to The Fonz, the better. While we firmly understand that his life will never be the same since hoisting the Larry O’Brien Trophy several weeks ago, Antetokounmpo is in rarified air in the America’s dairyland. He should never have to pay for a beer or a brat for the rest of his life. If he wants to go to the state fair, then let him go to the state fair.

Still firmly in his mid-20s, Antetokounmpo should have a few more championships under his belt.
