The Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies matchup in Game 6 of the first round is almost certain to bring some fireworks after five intriguing games to start the series.
This series is full of star players, so the prop market is a fun way to bet on the likes of LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Ja Morant, who I have a prop play on that I like for Friday’s game.
I’m also focusing on two Lakers role players to step in Game 6 with a chance to end the series. Let’s break it down:
Grizzlies vs. Lakers best NBA prop bets
- Rui Hachimura OVER 9.5 Points
- Austin Reaves OVER 25.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists
- Ja Morant OVER 28.5 Points
Rui Hachimura OVER 9.5 Points

The hero of the first three games of the series, Hachimura has cooled off a bit over the last two contests, scoring just seven and nine points in those games.
However, I think his points prop has dropped enough for us to take a stab on him to get back into double-figure scoring.
Hachimura is still taking over 10.0 shots per game in this series, and he has seen his points prop sit at 12.5 in games earlier in the series. I think this may be an over correction for two poor showings, so I’ll take the OVER in Game 6.
Austin Reaves OVER 25.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists

Austin Reaves has cleared this line in three of his five postseason games, and his minutes continue to rise with Malik Beasley struggling with his shot.
Reaves played 40 minutes in Game 5, and he’s played at least 35 minutes in each of the last four games against Memphis.
The Lakers need Reaves’ scoring, but he can stuff the stat sheet as well, grabbing eight boards and dishing out six dimes in Wednesday’s loss. This is a value line that Reaves may push on points alone in Game 6.
Ja Morant OVER 28.5 Points

If there’s one thing we know about Ja Morant, he’s going to go down giving you his best shot.
Since returning from a hand injury, Morant has scored 45, 19 and 31 points in three games, taking at least 24 shots in each of those contests.
That volume alone is enough for me to trust him to go OVER this number, and the Grizzlies need all they can get from Morant to force a Game 7.
I’m also not too worried about Ja’s hand injury, as he’s shot 9-for-21 from 3-point range since returning.
