The Toronto Raptors are firmly in the play-in picture in the Eastern Conference, but they can still improve their standing in the final stretch of the regular season.
Today, they’ll face a Washington Wizards team that’s still trying to get into the play-in picture, sitting two-and-a-half games back from the Chicago Bulls for the final spot. Can the Wiz make one more push to the postseason.

Both of these teams have struggled defensively as of late, so I expect a high-scoring affair when they meet on Sunday. They’re 23rd and 25th in opponent effective field goal percentage over their last three games, both defenses are trending in the wrong direction compared to their season averages.
It’s also worth noting that the Raptors rank second in the NBA in fast break points per game at 17.5. Fast break points are a great way for an OVER bet to hit, and now they face a Wizards team that allowed 13.7 fast break points per contest.
