Best NBA prop bets today for Bucks vs. Bulls (Giannis’ monster stretch rolls on)

The Milwaukee Bucks and Chicago Bulls are headed in opposite directions, with Milwaukee coming into tonight’s matchup with 11 straight wins while Chicago has five consecutive losses.

As the Bucks find themselves heavy favorites on the heels of a dominant stretch from Giannis Antetokounmpo, there are a few prop picks I’m eyeing tonight.

Let’s go through them below.

Bucks vs. Bills Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 5.5 Assists (-140)
  • Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 40.5 Points + Assists (-120)
  • Jrue Holiday Over 1.5 Steals (+135)

Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 5.5 Assists (-140)

Giannis is embracing his playmaking abilities of late, clearing this prop in each of his last five games while averaging seven assists per game this month.

The Bulls’ defense is playing well of late, but Giannis has seven assists in three straight games against Chicago. As the Bulls commit to stopping the two-time MVP’s dangerous drives, I expect a healthy dose of kick-out passes to open shooters to get Giannis over this number.

Be wary of the juice we’re paying, and if you can find 6.5 assists at plus money I’d prefer that bet.

Giannis Antetokounmp Over 40.5 Points + Assists (-120)

I like this bet for similar reasons to my assists bet, but I think Giannis will dominate scoring the rock as well. He’s averaging 38 points per game over his last 10 contests, clearing this prop in eight of those matchups.

He dropped 42 points in his last matchup against the Bulls and 34 in the one before that, so he’s more than capable of scoring on this stout defense.

Giannis might hit this number in points alone, so getting to add his assists makes this a slam-dunk value in my eyes.

Jrue Holiday Over 1.5 Steals (+135)

Holiday has multiple steals in four of his last seven games, including totaling five in his previous two. That’s significant against a Bulls team that ranks 29th in turnover percentage (15.7%) and struggles offensively.

Zach LaVine, likely to be Holiday’s primary matchup, averages 3.6 turnovers per game this month and I expect Holiday to make him pay.

At +135, we’re getting great odds for Holiday to continue doing what he does best: relentlessly hound the opposition and force turnovers.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
