James Harden ties Reggie Miller on the all-time 3-pointers list [VIDEO]

James Harden of the Philadelphia 76ers tied Hall of Famer Reggie Miller on the all-time 3-pointers list on Monday.

Entering Monday night, James Harden of the Philadelphia 76ers was listed in fourth-place in the all-time 3-pointers made list. With one more successful shot from behind the arc, he would tie Hall of Famer Reggie Miller for third all-time.

In the first quarter of Monday’s game against the Chicago Bulls, Harden pulled up from behind the three-point line and successfully made the shot to officially record his 2,560th 3-pointer.

Harden had five attempts from behind the three-point line on Monday, but the shot in the clip above was the only one he made. Harden picked up a double-double on the night after scoring 16 points (5-for-15 from field) and recording 14 assists.

The 76ers defeated the Bulls 121-106 behind a 43-point, 14-rebound performance by star Joel Embiid.

As for how far away Harden is from reaching second all-time, Ray Allen sits in that spot with 2,973 made shots. So, the 76ers guard is just 413 3-pointers away from reaching the second spot on the all-time list at the time of this writing.

Stephen Curry is first on the list with 3,101 made 3-pointers as of Tuesday, March 8.

Harden has the chance to hold sole possession of third-place on the all-time 3-pointers list as early as Thursday, March 10, when he takes on his former team, the Brooklyn Nets.
