LeBron James is disgusted Devin Booker is an All-Star snub

Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James made it clear how absurd it is to him that Devin Booker didn’t make the All-Star Game roster.

On Tuesday, the reserves for the NBA All-Star Game were officially announced, and there’s no question there were some big-time snubs who were left off. For starters, how in the world did Phoenix Suns standout Devin Booker not make it?

Twitter exploded when Booker’s name didn’t appear. As a matter of fact, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James himself had to take to social media to let everyone know that he simply can’t believe that Booker was disrespected like this.

LeBron James is not happy that Devin Booker was left off the All-Star Game reserves list

As you can see from James’ tweet, he really is blown away that Booker didn’t even make the reserves list. On the season, the sharpshooting guard is averaging 24.7 points, 4.3 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game. He’s also shooting 50.1 percent from the field.

What else does the man have to do to get some respect? If we’re going to trust anyone’s opinion here, it most certainly has to be James. The future Hall-of-Famer, and arguably the best player in NBA history, is in the middle of another magical season for the Lakers.

After helping his team win the NBA Finals last season, James is averaging 25.8 points, 8.2 rebounds and 8.1 assists per contest. He’ll of course be putting on a show in the All-Star Game, but if you ask James, Booker should be out on the hardwood with him.

The knock on Booker had previously been that the Suns needed to win more for him to get more love. Well, as of this writing, Phoenix is 20-10 and sits in fourth place of the Western Conference standings. Yet, Booker still hasn’t done enough for an All-Star nod? Something just doesn’t add up, and James isn’t happy about it.
