The Memphis Grizzlies are adding two former general managers to their front office, hiring Rich Cho as VP of Basketball Strategy and Glen Grunwald as Senior Advisor, league sources tell ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Memphis is expected to make more hires as well.
Cho was GM of the Charlotte Hornets from the 2014-15 season to 2017-2018 and has worked in front offices for more than 20 years. Charlotte declined to offer him a new contract in 2018.
Grunwald was replaced as Knicks GM in 2013 after serving in the role for two seasons. He was previously a GM for the Raptors for seven years.
