Is Jordan Poole playing today? Injury report for Kings vs Warriors Game 4

The Warriors are dealing with a handful of injuries, including an ankle ailment for Jordan Poole. Here’s the latest injury report.

Golden State Warriors guard Jordan Poole injured his left foot/lower leg area in Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Sacramento Kings on a drive to the hoop.

Poole toughed it out through the sprained ankle in Game 3 and played 28 minutes after starting, scoring 16 points on 4-of-13 shooting. He hit just one of his seven attempts beyond the arc but shot eight free throws, sinking seven. He also added five rebounds and four assists.

Golden State won that game, cutting Sacramento’s series lead to 2-1, but Poole stayed on the injury report. Here’s the latest on his status for Sunday’s Game 4 in Golden State.

Is Jordan Poole playing today?

As far as we can tell, it sounds like Jordan Poole will be a go for Game 4 on Sunday.

Anthony Slater also reported that Gary Payton II is probable, too, so the Warriors bring back their full postseason rotation.

Outside of injuries, Draymond Green’s availability comes into focus. Green missed Game 3 of the series due to a suspension for stepping on the torso of Domantas Sabonis in Game 3, a punishment that was highly critiqued. The Warriors won even without him and now get him back for Game 4.

Outside of those, Andre Iguodala just started rehabilitation and should be back within a few weeks. It’s unlikely he will crack the postseason rotation even once he’s at full strength.

On the Kings’ side, they are at full health.

The game tips off at 3:30 p.m. ET, 12:30 p.m. PT.
