Best NBA prop bets today for Mavericks vs. Pacers (Bet on big game from Luka Doncic)

Who would have thought that the Dallas Mavericks and Indiana Pacers would both be in the No. 11 spot in their respective conferences entering this game?

Dallas has dropped four straight, looking like one of the worst teams in the league in the process, and now it has to take on Indiana on the second night of a back-to-back.

Usually there are several plays that I look at for each game, but there are very limited player props available with so many injuries for the Pacers.

Tyrese Haliburton and Myles Turner are both questionable and Buddy Hield and Chris Duarte have been ruled out.

So, I have one pick in this game for Mavericks star Luka Doncic, who is lucky to be playing in this game after the league rescinded his 16th technical foul, which helped him avoid a one-game suspension… for now.

Let’s dive into it:

Mavericks vs. Pacers best NBA prop bets

  • Luka Doncic OVER 31.5 Points

Luka Doncic OVER 31.5 Points

The fact that Doncic can even play in this game is a huge win for the Mavericks, and I think we’re getting some value on his points prop at this number.

Since returning from a thigh injury, Doncic has scored 30, 34 and 40 points, taking at least 23 shots in each of those games.

At this point, Dallas needs to win by any means possible, and the best way is by giving the ball to its All-Star guard and letting him run the offense.

Doncic is averaging 33.0 points per game, so this feels like a major value since he doesn’t even have to reach that total to clear this prop.

The Pacers are just 26th in the NBA in defensive rating this season, and if Turner sits it’s a huge blow to the team’s rim protection. I’ll ride with Luka to have a big game on Monday night.
