Best NBA prop bets for Mavericks vs. Warriors (Steph Curry rebounds?)

The Dallas Mavericks will be without Luka Doncic tonight when they head to California to take on the Golden State Warriors.

As a result, the Warriors are set as massive favorites for the game.

But how should we handle this game for a player prop perspective? That’s what I’m here to find out.

Let’s take a look at my top two player prop bets for this Sunday night Western Conference showdown.

Mavericks vs. Warriors player prop bets

  • Steph Curry OVER 5.5 rebounds
  • Spencer Dinwiddie OVER 0.5 steals

Steph Curry OVER 5.5 rebounds

When you think about Steph Curry player props, you’re probably thinking about betting on his point total or even his three-point total.

I’d advise you to instead look at his rebounding total for tonight’s game. Curry is averaging 6.4 rebounds per game, a full rebound above his set total for the game. Not only that, but he and the Warriors get to take on one of the best rebounding teams in the NBA tonight in the Mavericks, who rank 29th in rebounding percentage, grabbing only 47.6% of boards.

With no Doncic in the lineup, that should free Curry up to grab a few rebounds and go over this total.

Spencer Dinwiddie OVER 0.5 steals

Spencer Dinwiddie OVER 0.5 steals is available at -130 at BetMGM Sportsbook.

A big reason for the Warriors issues this season has been their turnovers. They’re 29th in the NBA in turnovers per possession while also ranking 25th in opponent steals per game.

That should open things up for some players on the Mavericks to grab a steal or two, and I’m going to target Spencer Dinwiddie for that.  He’s grabbed a steal in two of his last three games, and he recorded two in his only game against the Warriors this season.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
