Knicks’ fans troll 76ers with ‘Where’s Ben Simmons?’ chant during game

The fans at Madison Square Garden didn’t hold back in going after the 76ers and Ben Simmons during the Knicks win.

Those passionate New York Knicks fans never stop, do they? Whenever they have a chance to let loose on the opposition, they sure take advantage. Such was the case on Tuesday night in the showdown between New York and the Philadelphia 76ers.

In the win for the home team, the Knicks faithful decided to go after Philadelphia and its drama with Ben Simmons. They did so by rocking MSG with one heck of a chant that thousands joined in on.

Knicks fans trolled the 76ers in epic fashion over the Ben Simmons beef

As you can see from the video above, ‘where’s Ben Simmons?!’ chants rang loud and proud all over the iconic stadium. To make things even worse for Philadelphia here, the Knicks ended up recording a 112-99 win. New York is now 3-1 on the season, while Philly is 2-2.

Much has been made this month of the Simmons news, as the former No. 1 overall pick has been kicked out of practice, suspended and even told the front office that he’s not mentally ready to get back in action for the team.

As of right now, it’s up in the air when Simmons will return to the hardwood. Over the offseason, he was hoping for a trade, but things never got done. There’s still the chance he gets traded at some point this season, but for now, Doc Rivers is planning for him to suit up.

Until Simmons does get back in action, you can expect more and more teams’ fans to let the 76ers have it on a consistent basis. It’ll be tough for folks to match the passion showcased in Manhattan, though.
