Milwaukee Bucks, NBA Playoffs

Skip Bayless, Stephen A Smith and other pundits react to Bucks winning Finals

The NBA pundits were out in full force after the Bucks won Game 6 against the Phoenix Suns.

Milwaukee fans, celebrate in style. The Bucks haven’t won a title since 1971, so it’s been a long time. If you were around the last time the Bucks were on top of the basketball world, you’re old as hell. Sorry to break it to you.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has delivered an NBA championship to Wisconsin. He deserves all the props for remaining in a small market, and not ditching Milwaukee for a larger market. Miami was calling. Los Angeles was calling.

Giannis never cares.

NBA Finals: Skip Bayless, Stephen A. Smith react to Bucks win

Giannis and the closer Khris Middleton came up big when it mattered most. Antetokounmpo had over 50 points  — nearly half the Bucks offensive output total — to cement a legendary offensive performance to win the Title at home in Milwaukee. A return to Phoenix for Game 7 could’ve spelled certain doom.

Instead, the Deer District got to celebrate in style.

Stephen A. Smith was too busy to tweet postgame, but he said enough during the game, coming at DeAndrew Ayton.

Skip praised Giannis, and for good reason. Criticizing the man who scored 50 with his season in flux is tough to do.

Meanwhile, Bayless was left waiting for Chris Paul’s moment.

Hmm…about that.

Paul is now 0-13 in games reffed by Scott Foster. He has never won a championship. How much of that came you blame on CP3? A conversation has to be had, and Skip has just the platform to do it.

Colin Cowherd, meanwhile, was on the Giannis train. We can’t blame him at all.
