Milwaukee Bucks, NBA Playoffs, Phoenix Suns

Watch: Bucks fans chant ‘Bucks in 6!’ after Game 4 win vs. Suns

Milwaukee Bucks fans were hyped after the team pulled off a 109-103 Game 4 win over the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday.

The Milwaukee Bucks fans had to endure watching the first two games of the 2021 NBA Finals from home, as the team went winless against the Phoenix Suns in their trip to Arizona. Those individuals had to listen to Suns fans chant “Suns in four,” which could not have been easy. Now, the Bucks fanbase has their revenge.

On Wednesday night, the Bucks defeated the Suns 109-103 to officially tie up the series at two games apiece. After a clutch block from star Giannis Antetokounmpo on Deandre Ayton essentially sealed the deal, Milwaukee fans inside Fiserv Forum loudly chanted “Bucks in six!”

It had to have felt good for Bucks fans to have this moment to take a swing right back at the Suns fanbase and quite possibly the “Suns in four” guy.

The Suns avoided potential disaster late in the game after Devin Booker avoided earning his sixth foul when contesting guard Jrue Holiday late in the fourth quarter. But turnovers cost Phoenix any chance they had of either tying the game or taking the lead. Perhaps the most painful turnover came when Chris Paul lost the ball on a Holiday steal, which led to Khris Middleton scoring a two-point shot to give Milwaukee the late 103-99 lead.

Antetokounmpo finished his night after recording 26 points (11-for-19 shooting from the field), 14 rebounds, 8 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks in 43 minutes of playing time. Middleton led the way for Milwaukee in scoring after dropping 40 points while shooting 15-for-33 from the field.

Milwaukee fans now have the chance to see if “Bucks in six” becomes a reality this Saturday, as the team returns to Phoenix for Game 5. If not, we can guarantee that the Phoenix faithful will be chanting “Suns in six” if the Western Conference champions can pull out the victory.
